Owners write from other cities about a Baner tower, a Kothrud society, or a lane in the old city where the tenant has gone quiet. The useful facts are the wing, the person who holds the key, and whether the society will let a visitor in without the owner present. A pin dropped on the wrong tower is a wasted afternoon. Name the project carefully. Several Pune developments reuse a brand.
The note can cover what you list: whether the flat was occupied, whether water was standing in a bathroom, whether a window you mentioned was shut. It is not a survey. We will not pull down a false ceiling or certify wiring. If you need a plumber or an electrician, that is a maintenance trade, and this page does not pretend to be one.
